EVA Air Flight Attendant Strike Ends On July 10, 2019

EVA Air and its flight attendants union reached a new collective agreement on Saturday and the strike is set to end on July 10, 2019.

The strike started more than two weeks ago on June 27, 2019 and ended up canceling more than thousand flights. The airline expects normal schedule to return by the end of July, although there could be adjustments made through August depending on the passenger demand.

Accounts can send & receive up to 35,000 miles per year under this new option which is in operation with U.S. based frequent flyer programs for a long time already.

Lufthansa has had troubles getting its planes catered starting late last week on flights ex-Germany (first Frankfurt only) that also affects many flights within Europe that are provisioned from the base both ways.

Three British Airways crew members face dismissal from their jobs after a regional manager reported them for causing disruption, running drunk and naked through their hotel during a layover.

The scene reportedly happened in Singapore during a scheduled layover and after crew engaged in a variety of drinking games, leaving them totally intoxicated.
